underneath pike place market is a little tunnel that leads to the iconic gum wall and a comedy theater. This was one of my favorite parts of my weekend trip to seattle in 2022.
Siba, a bar in kyoto, japan, is owned by a retired race car driver, pictured in the bottom corner. My parents went to this bar often in the early 2010's and I got to experience it for myself in may 2023 when we returned to japan.
A surfer in Maui, Hawaii returns from the water at Ho'okipa beach. This was the closest beach to me during my time in Maui summer 2023, so i spent lots of time here. It truly has the best sunsets in the world.
one of my favorite things about Japan is the way nature is incorporated everywhere, even in ultra urban landscapes. You can be walking through a sea of cememt, and suddenly you're transported to a serene garden.
